Working closely with the developer and architect, we designed the layout for this 12-townhome development in Victoria’s vibrant downtown to maximize space and ensure a high level of comfort. Our goal was to create living spaces that reflect and integrate the energy of the surrounding community. With functional layouts and open, fluid spaces, these townhomes offer a peaceful retreat within the city’s historic core. Each residence showcases the unique character of downtown Victoria, blending modern design with the lively spirit of the area.
