To modernize the office space and introduce a sales center for a multi-unit project, we collaborated closely with the team, maintaining direct communication with the agents to align with their objectives. Leveraging our expertise, we developed multiple design concepts to not only refresh the office but also create a dynamic hub for potential buyers. The highlight of the project was a strategically placed vignette—a "sales center within a sales center"—in a prime location. This immersive setup combined marketing materials, 3D models, and digital presentations, allowing prospective buyers to experience the project firsthand while engaging with the space. The design seamlessly integrated the daily functions of the office with the promotional needs of the sales center, offering a dual-purpose environment that enhanced both functionality and the buyer experience.
