Our approach centers on consolidating two offsite facilities—a water testing lab and an office—into a unified space in Mount Pleasant. The design prioritizes creating adaptable meeting areas and cultivating a vibrant post-work atmosphere. To maximize natural light throughout the space, we developed a floor plan that integrates WELL principles, ensuring a healthy and uplifting environment. A key feature is the intentional design of a spacious kitchen, thoughtfully crafted to strengthen team cohesion and effortlessly accommodate community events. This purposeful design fosters both productivity and a sense of community, aligning with our vision for a dynamic and sustainable workspace.
