An experienced developer, rooted in Canada's prestigious golf community, embarked with their family to create an enriching development for empty nesters. This vision was realized with the country's first pre-certified WELL community, seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape. We had the opportunity to oversee all aspects of this complex designed for aging in place, including space planning, Sales Centre build-out, full interior design for 14 unique unit types, a comprehensive FF&E amenity package, and three display suites for community presentation. A fully customized furniture package was curated to align with the client's goals for the 12,000 sq ft indoor and outdoor amenity space, ensuring the development not only meets the highest standards of wellness but also harmonizes with its beautiful surroundings.
